Complementing each dish will be a selection from Mercure's "Flavours from the Cellar" wine programme. Like a meticulously cultivated wine cellar, our collection includes some of Australia's finest, most authentic wines, selected in consultation with renowned wine judge and consultant, Jim McMahon.


Starting November 4th - December 24th, Mrepublic will be kicking of the festive season with a fresh seafood buffet every Friday and Saturday night from 6:30pm-9:30pm.

Indulge in fresh seafood including Mooloolaba king prawns, Balmain bugs, freshly-shucked rock oysters, New Zealand half-shell mussels with sweet chilli & lime dressing, chef selected whole fish and plenty more!

Not a seafood lover? Enjoy the additional buffet selection of beef dishes, chicken dishes, potato gratin, roast vegetables and salads....don't forget to leave room for dessert!
